which is an accelerated development program consisting of 3 rotations,
over 3 years.
The Supply Chain Development Program (SCDP) is the first step in your
supply chain career at Dell Technologies. SCDP offers total supply
chain and professional development, including a tailored developmental
curriculum, rotations in unique roles/departments, an extensive
functional and professional development curriculum, built-in
networking opportunities with executive leadership and personal
leadership opportunities.
Key Responsibilities:
Below are the 3 program rotational areas:
Procurement:
Contract negotiation
Supplier performance management
Global purchasing
Invoicing
Data Analytics
Operations:
Demand Planning
Inventory & control analyst
New product introductions
Production planning
Supply chain readiness and Project planning
Logistics
Inbound/outbound logistics
Carrier performance management
Import/Export control
Fulfilment & Logistics operations
Strategic project management
Essential Requirements:
Currently pursuing a full-time level 9 (Masters) degree
Keen interest in Supply Chain along with problem solving & analytical
skills
Proficient in the Microsoft Office.
Self-motivated & can work independently & as part of a team.
Strong presentation, communication & interpersonal skills
Desirable Requirements:
Strong analytical & numerical skills
Must be able to analyse data & make recommendations
Proficiency with functional data bases
